Cancellation Policy

For Standard Bookings 20% of the total payment will be received during the reservation and
this amount is not refundable.
Standard Bookings can be canceled before 7 days of your check in date.
Between 7 days – 1 day to your check in date the total payment will be received and this amount is not refundable.

Non Refundable reservations guarantee you a 10 % of discount.
Non Refundable reservations can not be canceled and refunded.

My flight arrives early in the morning or depart late in the afternoon. Do you have a luggage locker?

Our check in time starts at 15:00.

Please call our check in team by 0033 623 386 212.
If the cleaning schedule allows they may welcome you a bit earlier.
But we can not guarantee an early check in.

Please be informed that we do not have a reception area
where you can leave your suitcases.

Before the check in time you can use the luggage locker solutions in Paris.

Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?

We do not serve breakfast; but you will have fully equipped kitchen to prepare your homey breakfast.
Coffee machine and capsules and tea bags are served in your kitchen as a welcome package.

Are airport pickups available?

We do not provide airport transfers; but we can offer you several good transfer companies.

Is there a definitive check in and out time?

  • Our check in starts at 15:00.
  • For arrivals between 20:00 – 23:00 there is a late check in fee equal to 30 €.
  • After 23:00 the late check in fee is equal to 60 €.
  • Only for Mithouard Apartments the late check in time starts at 23:00 and its fee is 30 €.
  • Our check out time ends at 11:00 am.

Do you provide baby crib?

Yes we can provide you baby cribs. Please inform us regarding to this request before your arrival.

Do you clean the apartments regularly?

For stays longer than seven days we offer one time weekly cleaning for free.
For stays less than seven days we do not offer cleaning.
